Our prices are all inclusive and include:
- The initial intake meeting and subsequent support plan update meetings where we gather all of the participant’s information, care requirements, medication needs etc.
- Writing of Letters of Support to assist participants in accessing NDIS funding.
- Accommodation and venue use

Are there financial assistance options available?
Our Family Relationship Officers (FRO) can assist by writing a Letter of Support which will help you get the most out of your NDIS funding, ensuring your child can progress towards their goals. Contact our FRO team on 1300 103 880 or info@cahoots.org.au for more information.
When do registrations close?
- Registrations for all programs close 3 days before the program.
- Registrations for all camps close 10 days before the camp.
However, we do request that you register your loved one as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any late applications, however we can’t guarantee we will still have space if the request is too close to the activity date.
Can I bring my own support worker on a Cahoots activity?
Yes, although they are required to complete Cahoots staff onboarding training, provide us with their NDIS Worker Screening and Working With Children Check and agree to adhere to Cahoots policies and procedures prior to attending the service. This is because Cahoots services are in a group setting and we ensure the safety and support of all participants. The price for camps and programs will remain the same, as this is all inclusive.
Where can I submit feedback and complaints to Cahoots?
At Cahoots we pride ourselves on providing quality services for our participants and families. If you wish to provide feedback or make a complaint about Cahoots services we would love to hear from you. Fill out our Feedback and Complaints Form or view our Grievances Complaints and Disputes Policy.
What if I have been unable to rectify my query with Cahoots or require information on lodging a complaint with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission?
If you have a concern about your Cahoots supports or services, it is important that you talk to us about it, if you feel comfortable to do so. Your concerns can help us better understand what is important to people with disabilities and improve the quality of services we provide.
We are keen to understand your concerns and to work with you to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
We also understand that on occasion you may not feel comfortable to talk with us directly or feel that you need additional support. You may seek support from family, a friend or an independent advocate in raising concerns or a complaint.
