Join us for the Central Park Plunge
The Central Park Plunge is back in Perth for its third year.
The Central Park Plunge is an exciting fundraising event providing the opportunity for 300 participants to abseil 220 metres down Perth’s tallest building, Central Park on St George’s Terrace.
The Central Park Plunge aims to raise $350,000 for 4 Charities – Cahoots being one of them.
In 2015, the inaugural Plunge raised in excess of $455,000 and in 2016 we are proud to announce that the event raised over half a million dollars!
Cahoots teams will take the plunge on Sunday 10 September 2017.
There will be 4 descent ropes making teams of 4 participants – making it ideal to “take the plunge” together as a team.
Participants in the 2017 Central Park Plunge are required to pay a $100 registration fee. In addition, each individual is required to raise a minimum of $1100 prior to the event, or a team of 4 is required to raise $4400 collectively.
By taking part in the Central Park Plunge with Cahoots, you will enable children and families to develop friendships, skills and confidence.
So why not enter a team, or sign up as an individual?
Why take the Central Park Plunge?
Disability in our community is an increasing high profile social issue, and Cahoots (previously known as Kids’ Camps Inc.) has been providing life changing experiences for children and young people with disability in Western Australia for over 30 years.
In 2016-17 we provided over 3,000 nights on camps to young people of all abilities that otherwise may not receive the opportunity.
Our goal for 2017-18 is to create opportunities for even more children, young people, and their families to develop new friendships and skills with the Cahoots team.
To continue making a positive impact, we need your support.
Support from you or your organisation will make a significant impact to the quality of life of the many Western Australian families we support.
