Volunteer Induction Training

The volunteer training induction is mandatory for every volunteer in Cahoots camps and programs. The 3 hour session will cover important aspects of volunteering with young people and adults living with disability. It details the history of Cahoots, as well as duty of care and safeguarding, working with people with disabilities and other social barriers, and challenging behaviours. The induction also includes discussion and scenarios to give you a genuine insight into what to expect while volunteering with Cahoots.

If you have a working with children check and/or police clearance, please bring them with you to the session. If not, then we will fill out forms with you at the conclusion.
