If shopping for essentials and supplies is a challenge, we’re here to help. Our friendly and experienced call centre team will listen to your individual needs and talk you through how Cahoots Connects can help with a personalised service to suit you.

You can place your order over the phone, or via our online store. And if you need extra assistance when your goods are delivered to your home, our highly trained delivery teams of two will use PPE to unpack your goods, if it’s safe to do so.

– Over the age of 65

– Living with a disability

– Experiencing mental health concerns

– Immunocompromised

– Of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander origin

– Of Culturally and Linguistically Diverse backgrounds

– A carer for any of the above

All Cahoots Connects staff and volunteers have undertaken Department of Health training in infection control procedures. They follow strict COVID19 processes, safeguarding and hygiene standards, and use PPE (personal protective equipment).

Cahoots Connects is endorsed by the WA Department of Communities and the Minister Stephen Dawson.

How does it work?

1. Call or enquire online

Our friendly call centre team will have a chat with you to assess your eligibility and talk you through how Cahoots Connects can help. Standard call rates apply.

2. Order by phone

We’ll work with you to create a list of the shopping and essential supplies you need and arrange a date and time slot for your delivery.

OR order online

Cahoots Connects online store is accessible and easy to use.

3. Pay for your goods

You can choose to make a contactless credit card payment, or pay cash on delivery if you prefer. For emergency food relief please call us on 1300 103 880.

4. Leave it to us

We’ll get shopping and essential supplies for you through Woolworths, Foodbank and/or Cahoots Connects essential supplies.

5. Receive your essentials

Working in teams of two and adhering to strict safeguarding standards, we deliver to your door or a secure place of your choice.
